Radio, dome lights, and blower fan went out?

Hey guys, had someone else drive my truck the other day and guess what....? something goes wrong. I've got a 01 2500 Cummins 4x4 single cab. Radio, dome lights and first two settings on fan go out without warning. Can't find one fuse that is blown. swapped radio into other truck and it still works. can't find any info in haynes manual on harness routing or relays or fusable links that might feed all three. hoping someone has a clue before i have to tear dash apart.

thanks
Jim
ps also power mirrors don't work

It a fuse... I believe the one that has a cover that looks like you shouldn't take it out in the panel in the truck... Has a black or gray cover I believe

thanks

you're right. but now I have to figure out why the mirrors blowing the fuses, also the fan still isn't working on the first two settings. I'm open for any ideas on that. Sure is good to have the radio back.

Check all the wires to make sure your head unit wasnt melting a hole in the wire to the switch, even the aftermarket head units put out quite a bit of heat plus the all have a metal cage.

The fan has a resistor block that corntrols the speed. It is mounted right next to the fan motor and held in with two screws. Sometimes they can be repaired with a little solder. About $35 from the dealer, $1 at a pick & pull.
