I have a 98 Cummings 12 valve and it is doing some really weird stuff. When I pull out the headlight switch the horn starts going off, and only one headlight comes on. A buddy of mine told me it is the clock spring, but my understanding of the clock spring is it controls cruise control (which mine doesn't work) and airbags. I just wanted to check here to see if any of you guys have a suggestion, or if any of you have encountered this problem before.
