On my drivers side window when I roll it down it rattles. I haven't had the door pannel off yet. Is there plastic bushings on the lifting arms that wear out? I didn't know if anyone else has had this problem? I was thinking about ordering parts to fix it before I pulled the door pannel off, so I won't have to take if off twice. Thanks

Me too, and so does cshiflet's, so far so good, mine has been doing it for awhile but it still works............................................

 

relace the run channel (the rubber/felt) that the window rides in.

 

Alternately for a short-term band-aid, you can spritz the channel the window runs in with some silicone lubricant, and it will smooth things out nicely. Wears out in a few weeks (depending on local weather conditions), but a can of spray will last you years doing it this way.

 

That seems a lot easier than replacing the tracks. Thanks

 

1/2 hour to replace the run channel and it's good for another 10 years.
