power steering pump replacement

When replacing the pump, how is the pump driven? I am used to a pulley on the pump needing removed, is there anything other to do than unbolt and replace, bleed and check for leaks?

There's a lot to know before you jump into this. PS pump is shaft driven off of the vacuum pump. You have to remove the vacuum pump and steering pump together. While you have the vacuum pump off it would be a good time to replace the seal and o-rings in the VP which cost about 11 dollars from your local Cummins dealer or online. Check out http://fixinrams.com/ to get an idea of the units involved. Do a search of this forum for steering pump and you will find much information.
