The auction says they won't ship til 3/10, I hope for the sake of whoever purchases them it doesn't turn into one of those backordered + refunded situations others had gone through. I'll be buying mine next month, since this stupid vacation coming up is dipping into the truck fund

Would I just need the backing plate (and maybe some modified wiring) to make this work on my 94 with power mirrors?

youd also need the joystick thing that aims the mirrors and a button to turn on the heat. I think its pretty easy to wire up there are only 5 wires per mirror.

Should I be able to use the joystick thing that is on my 94? I haven't spent much time in newer 2nd gens and don't recall if they are the same; and my 3rd gen had the different style on the door by the window and lock switches.

Thanks,
Nick

Im not sure if it will work, I assume you can make it work you might just have to play with the wiring a bit.

The joystick part is the same. You'll need to rig up the heater portion.

Ya they flip up and dwon. I really like them, I had the non heated tow mirrors before but they were always frosted up in the mornings. I haven't ever had the smaller mirrors so I cant say how much better they are but I really like them, the glass is way bigger then the small mirrors and even folded down I can see real good out of them but folded up they stick out even farther so I think you would be happy with them.
