PCM Power ????

I've got a problem on my 96 5 speed. PCM is not getting any voltage. Also, I put in new ESS and it is supposed to be getting +5V from the PCM, but is getting .3V. Can anyone tell me how the PCM get's its pwer? What color wire? Does it come right from the battery or alternator?

Thanks

A22 is the constant 12 volt (battery) power to the PCM. A red/white whire from fuse #8 in the PDC

A2 is the ignition switch wire. A light green/white wire.

The PCM has internal self resetting circuit breakers.
If there are any shorts to ground from any sensors it will cause the entire PCM to shut down.
