Passenger seat recliner linkage broken..

I have a 99 four door 3500 dually...love it! I pulled the cover and the reclining lever off the passenger seat. Found a piece of small wire cable swinging...

The question... Where does it need to go to be reattached. I can braze4 the wire end back on...but where? I cant get the seat to move at all. It is currently sitting absolutely straight up and is a pain to sit in.

Btw, recently read on here how to get the tranny on my 92 3500 shifting again...The advise from here was great. I brazed a tranny pan drain plug on while I serviced and adjusted the bands. Only problem was that the 72 inch pounds turned out to be too much. Just barely snug the bands till the slack is gone, then back off the nut 2 1/4 turns and lock it there. Perfect.

I would try a salvage yard to see if they have an old junker you could look at - or take the cover off your other seat and see where the cable is connected?
