my over head console started showing CCd a few times yesterday. What does that mean? 2001 2500.

 

CCD is the Chrysler Crash Detection Network. It a twisted pair network like what a computer uses. Basically overhead has lost connection with CCD and is displaying the error code on the screen.


check all of your connections to the ECM , and all battery connections including all body and engine grounds.

 

The last time mine did this I lost the ECM....

 

I will check wiring. Hopefully ecm dosn,t let me down.
