on a 97 3500 4x4, what is the torque spec on the dual wheel adapter on the front ? I can't find it anywhere in my book....

And if you take the adapter off, can the rotor be removed to be turned without taking the bearings and hub off ?

the rotors aren't really warped, but there is a rough spot on one of them that I think is what is giving me the surge when braking.

 

Not really sure about the dually part, but my rotors have to be pressed off of the hub.
