No lights after headlight switch replacement

I replaced my headlight switch today and now have no headlights.
Then I drove home before it got dark and when I got home the ABS light and the brake light on the dash were on.
I checked fuses. They look ok. There was no power on the plug for the headlight switch except on two of the small wires. They don’t look like they are big enough to run the headlights.
Any ideas?
