For all of you the have the Bilstiens I hope you don't have any warranty issues. I have 4 on my truck that have gone north. To get into the warranty, they want me to put 4 more shocks on the truck, give them my credit card no, ship the old shocks to Bilstien, if they test good they charge my card for four new ones, if not they ship me 4 new ones. I say they are not the same shocks I installed on the truck. They say they are ok. Then what? Guess. Either way I end up with 8 shocks and all frt is me. I'll just buy local next time.

Oh yeah,. And they want me to send which shock I think is bad. Get real.

Theres the two BIG reasons I bought the KYB's before the Rancho's. 1) local...If I didnt like them I didnt have to deal with shipping them back, ect. 2) They have a great warranty. If you dont like the ride or anything else then take them back, thats it.

 

opted for the billsteins and love em little stiff but the keep the truck where i point it!
