Well, it is good to know that you got it working. Your wiring must have been a lot different than mine, because mine is working fine (knock, knock). The main reason i got mine is for the turbo cool down timer, too. But the remote start has proven very comfortable also

In all fairness, he got his Crimestopper unit for $70 uninstalled and comparable DEI units can be had for the same price. My top-of-the-line DEI unit was $235 uninstalled, not $500.

I think the remote start is cool, but i don't think i would really use it that often to make it worth the effort. plus i'm not even gonna think about wiring up the door locks to work with it. If i had the choice again i would just get the cool down timer on the site. But i do like that fact that its just a little button you can put anywhere

And paying a bit more for a more popular unit means if I ever have a question, I just have to ask, and someone who has more experience with them than me will surely have the answer.
