Multi Function Switch

I need to change the multi function switch. The torx screws have a little nub in the middle of the screw. I've never seen a screw driver that would accommodate this nub. How do I take these screws off?

Tamper proof torx, should be able to pick up one in most real parts stores, I've also seen a kit at harbor freight.
