Ok, so I have replaced the ignition swith harness and the headlight switch twice before doing the upgrade.

Now I'm faced with a melted harness at the multi function switch which is causing a voltage drop to the headlights making them worse than they already are.

I have checked with the dealer and the aftermarket with regard to a replacement, overlay, repair harness. It doesn't seem to exist. The dealer wants to sell me a complete dash harness. I'm considering drilling out the bad area of the connector and repairing the bad wire connection the the switch. I have a new switch since it appears melted too.

Any opinions or advice will be welcomed.
