muddy headlights

i have ordered a set of headlight depot sport replacements (i have had the original sports on my truck, and i figure these knock-offs can't be much worse) but after searching and reading all the post here i could find, the wire options have me a little corn-fused but it looks like to gain all the benefits i need to replace my wiring...i found this harness

This is the harness you want to get but it has mixed reviews on here. Some say it fits nicely while others say they needed to modify it.

thanks silver, after looking and reading as many threads as i can via the search function, i think i have decided i'd like to build my own harness..i have sent danial stern an e-mail for a parts list or kit....most talk about a sport conversion...my truck is a sport edition, and i'd like to go directly from each battery to the corresponding headlight to keep the wiring as short as possible, BTW, got my depo headlights and they look great, while they may not have the output of the factory units i'm sure they'll be a vast improvement over my factory units..

BTW, looks like yours turned out great
