level kit question

i have a 99 dodge dually 4x4 i recently purchased a 3 inch level kit from 4wheelfab.com from the top of my tire to the bottom of fender i have 9.5" in the front and 12.5" in the back. a difference of 3 inches. does anyone have any input on wiether my forn will sit higher or level? if it sits higher an recommendations for the back? maybe a small block lift in teh back to even it out? i plan to put 35" tires all the way around.
