L.E.D. Turn signals
For the people with L.E.D. lights. What bulbs are you using in the front turn signals? Any bulb better than others? I have not found anything specific on other threads.

I have purchased a couple on eBay over the years. Most of the cheaper bulbs are not that great. They may even be more reddish amber than actual yellow, but I have gotten some good yellow ones as well. I search for yellow now, not amber.
I now look for bulbs that are in the $15-20 range on eBay and have had better luck - both in color and brightness. Cheaper bulbs, even with a high count of LEDs, can be wimpy. I also look at the reviews to see if anyone complains about the bulb I am interested in.
I have found the brightness, even for some bulbs that have 30+ diodes, is not as bright as incandescent, but I like the look better so I live with that.
The CREE LED bulbs are, by design, brighter. I have a flashlight with 3 CREE LEDs and it's absolutely AMAZING! I am thinking about ordering a pair of 1157's from eBay with a CREE diode for about $20 and I'm very interested to see how actually work in my wife's car.
Of note, the front bulbs are a pain to replace on our trucks.
Also, there are lots of sites that sell LED bulbs on the net outside of eBay and you can probably have better luck on average, with color and brightness, but I have no experience with any of them. eBay is just more convenient for me.
