hi ya'll, i'm installing a five speed in my truck, is the clutch pedal all part of the steering column, or does it bolt up to the firewall? thanks.

Do you mean the cluth and brake pedal? If so they share the same support braket as the auto brake pedal. All you do is pull the rod and pedal that you have now. Then install the new clutch and brake pedal and put the pin/rod back in. A service manual does a god job explaining it if you have one.
