Howl with commercial tires?

I am considering purchasing a set of tires and wheels from ricksontruck.com. I did a search on this forum and found someone complaining that there was too much howl from the commercial grade tires he had purchased from ricksontruck while traveling on the highway.

I am looking at purchasing the 19.5 steel chrome wheels with the Michelin XDE-MS 245/70R19. Does anyone on this forum have experience with switching to commercial grade tires and rims? What is the noise level and what tire rim combo would you recommend using?

Also, is there increased or decreased traction with these tire combos?

Thanks
