How rare are the 98 12v QCSB?

I'm asking cause I just put mine up for sale and my buddy and I was talking about it he has a 98 12v RC. I have only seen two and that's including mine.So I wondering if anyone knows how many were made. I know its one of those off the wall questions but I would just like to know.thanks to anyone who can help me out.

Somewhere I saw it figured out that production was at most 2 months.

Very few.

98 was the first year of the Quad Cab/Short Box. I think it was only for 4 months that the 12v was offered in a Quad Cab. However, the specific 98/12V/Quad Cab/Short Box configuration is kinda rare. They are pretty hard to find. A lot of people think all 98's were 12v's but this is not the case. MUCH easier to find a 98 with that configuration in a 24v. Mine's a factory sport (not a conversion) which is even harder to find.

They show up once in a while, but they are popular as far as guys in the know are concerned and get a premium....usually.

I do not think 98 12V Reg Cabs are that rare. There are quite a few around here.

Y'know walks, that's a really great point. You may see one or two around from time to time, but just try and buy one! Finding one for sale is not all that easy. I guess that adds to the "rarity" of them....

I've had 2, a friend of mine was just looking for one. In a quick online search, found 6 for sale. I wouldn't call them rare just not that common
