Angry Hit a pot hole

OK i was driving back from cali mon. and going about 70mph i hit a big pot hole knocked the wheel out of my hand now i have a bad wander i looked under the truck can't see any thing out of the norm. any idea's what could it be and should i call my insurace? it was pulling a little to the left before that the shop that it took it to said i need a aftermarket something to get the aligment right. now it don't pull at all just wander's

Probably pulled the alignment out of whack. Possibly damage to ball joints, tie rod end or wheel bearing so Id have it re-aligned and ask the tech to wiggle the wheel around to check for bearing / ball joints.
