Help quick, how much is it worth?

Ran across a 99 24v that is a ST model 4x4 Ram 2500 QC LWB that has the following mods to it.

7" skyjacker diesel coils
Dick Cepek long arms
Crossover steering
DT Pro Fab trac bar
6" skyjacker rear leaves
16.5x12 Eagle 589's (new)
35x14,50.16.5 Superswamper SSRs (new)
Bullydog 180hp injectors
Edge comp box
ATS Aurora 5000/2000 turbo (get to pick one or the other)
Ats 3 pc manifold
ATS hot rod VP44
Dana 80 rear detroit locker 4.10's
Dana 60 frnt 4.10's
Ram air hood
EEP twin disc clutch for 1 3/8
1 3/8 input shaft nv4500
Euro headlamps and corners

He is either going to part it out, or sell as a whole, but he cant give me a realistic number of what he wants. It has 118k miles on it, but heres the catch, it has a salvage title do to an engine fire. It was contained to the wire harness and didnt damage anything else but a bunch of melted wires. The rest of the engine/truck is fine. How much would this truck be worth as it sits? If I could get a good enough deal on it, I may pull the trigger as this would get lowered and become my tow rig, and my truck in my sig would be come my trailrig play toy. I obviously think its worth less than 10k, but I need ya'll opinions!

Thanks!

Matt

Do some research into rebuilding it. Check your states regulations on fixing it if its not too badly damaged.
I am doing a rebuild on a 94 4wd that has frt end sheetmetal damage but no frame problems. Insurance totaled it because of the mileage 205,000.

In Alabama the original owner can go through the proccess of getting it retitled after it has been repaired. Maybe your state has a provision to do something like that. Instead of chopping up an otherwise decent truck.

If you cant get a title on it its only worth is the sum of the parts.

Its odd that he can not provide a price for you.
But anyway, the value of this truck may be completely up to you.
It would depend upon how good you are with wiring and turning wrenches.

Ive never had to deal with a vehicle that has had wiring failures, but Id have to guess that there's a score of electrical gremlins (Beyond the wiring harness itself) that would also need to be chased down.
Also, if your going to lower the truck, it may be worth your time to just find one the right height to begin with.

Rich.

not seeing pix of it we can't tell alot about it. does it run? alot could be bad, ECM, comp, hrvp, pcm, apps and the list goes on. Could be $k's in parts to get it running. or it might be running now.
