Question HELP, Problems with Turn Signals,Flashers, Brake lights

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9 6 speed.
Okay When I turn my signal on (either one) my back lights flash like I have the flashers on but not the front, and if I step on the brake they freeze (stop) the Hazards work like their suppose to. Brake Lights work.

I changed the Fuse Relay, I Have Changed the Multi-function Switch. Didn't work.
Any Thoughts or Suggestions???

Are you sure that your ground is okay, that would be the easy fix...

I agree. From your description it sounds like you have a bad ground which will cause the lights involved to be dimmer than normal because they are back-feeding through the other light to find ground.
