help with 95 underdash wiring

I am in the process of installing my pyro and am looking for a keyed 12v source. In the process of looking I removed the lower plastic dash panel and found in about the middle of the dash kinda below the radio a grey plastic 14 wire 2 row plug with female round ports. I was thinking it looked like a stereo plug but the stock radio is still in it. upon probing it for 12v when I stuck one of the holes my ABS light on the dash came on.I stopped there. Several others are hot keyed or unkeyed and some ace mechanic cut about 6 of them for some reason. does anyone know if this is a test plug of some sort for dash instruments or??
Thanks all.
Scott.

Hey Scott.
Do you use the cigar lighter? I took the fuse out of mine and plugged into the cigar lighter fuse port for power. It's quick, easy and the power source is right there if I hve any problems. The 12v power port still works.

The plug you found is the test port for the brake system.
Best to leave it alone.

As I mentioned someone hacked thru several wires. One of which was a keyed 12V and I tapped into it for the pyro power, the rest I neatly insulated so they wouldent short out on something. Bad idea?? It sounds like it. Stupid thing to say but I dont even know if my truck has ABS.
what posses the humanoid to be so desrtuctive when it comes to hard to get to wiring

where is the fuse for the power port?
it's not the same as the lighter which is switched. The power port isn't switched and apparently has no fuse that I've been able to find.
