Ok, 01 Quad cab Sport

freekin heated mirrors do not work, light on the dash lights up, no blown fuses.

Any ideas?

1999 and my light dosen't even come on, good fuse but noo heat anyone have a clue??!!

 

Got the same problem on my '02.

 

mine works even though the last owner used a metal scraper on it they are just slow

 

Same here... the drivers side doesn't work but the passenger side works perfectly. Do the elements go out in these?? That could be my problem but I'm not sure why both of yours would work. Maybe a relay??

 

The wires that make them work are right behind the door panel. I would take off the door panel and start checking the wires with the volt meter to see if you have power to the plug. If so, the issue is probably with the element, if not, trace it backward until you find voltage.

 

My drivers side quit working, passenger side works fine. Light at swtich lights up and I can hear the relay pull in. Heating element?
