Thanks for the confirmation, for my info, what is AFAIK?

Relays usually last a long time, but why did these go out after a year?
Cheap chinese made stuff or did the melt down with fuel solenoid and harness and starter sticking do something?
I've already corrected the starter and F/S issue.
Thanks again I'll try and order the relays I found this AM, in the link i posted earlier.

AFAIK = As far as I know.

It could be a coincidence or cheap Chinese stuff. I would lean towards the latter.

So, I ordered new relays from suvlights.com. But, if i have this problem on the road, I don't want to be stranded W/O headlights, the NAPA guy suggested switching over to a standard bosch style relay, that everyone carries, even wal-mart. I know I can get pig tail harness and new relays, but which ones do I get, and how do I wire it? 4 or 5 pin(and only use 4 pins)????
Thanks

Halo,

I got some at Napa, and the harness. I took apart the plug that came with headlight harness and plugged each wire into the new relay and my lights came on. Guess it was bad relay. I'm gonna convert it over to the standard 30A relay. I saw the schematic you had listed in another thread for fog lites. That helped a ton. Some day I'm gonna make a real HD headlight harness, that should help out more, next I'm gonna also try some of those Flosser 4109 bulbs.

What did you come up with on your hydraulics??

Glad I could help. I think I am going to stay with the silverstars and harness in those housings because the Flossers got my housings warm to the touch (not hot) the silverstars don't affect them at all. I don't know what I am going to about the Hydraulics yet. Too interment to be a priority ATM.
