Well, I usually don't get 8 ga. I usually just buy 3/16". However, from time to time I order a few sheets of 8 ga to use around the shop for other projects. I've had good luck getting all my sheet metal at Ryerson. They have had very competitive prices on HRPO steel. Plus they have an outlet 45 miles from me and they make deliveries to my town 2-3 times a week.
