Fuel leak from above tank

I have a 2000 long bed. I have fuel dripping from two hoses that come off the top of the tank. The hoses rub on the frame rail. What does it take to repair? Thanks. Bob

Is the leak coming from the black nylon lines or the steel lines?

The Leak is coming from the black nylon or rubber lines. Appears to be the large one and a small one where the rubbed on the frame rail. Thanks. bob

After you r/r the hose you can take a section of larger diameter hose and cut along its length diagonally, barber pole style, and twist it around the new hoses to space and protect them from wearing thru again, a zip tie at each end will keep it from wandering.
