Front hub extension nuts (dually)

Does anyone happen to know what size the front hub extension nuts are ('02)? I'm having trouble justifying the dealer's $17.72 (each!!) price tag.

I think they are the same size as a 2500 lug nut is. Take one off and go to a parts house they should be able to match it
