Flapping sound from in between Cab&Bed?

Getting an odd sound that I can't track down. It sounds like a tyvek tag or other fabric type thing flapping around on the passenger side in between the cab and the bed. I looked in there and don't see anything that could cause it, any ideas?
I think it may only be happening when there is a cross wind, I don't hear it all the time.

There should be a cab vent behind the rear seat.

It has a rubber or fabric cover over it.
It's what prevents your windows from blowing out in the hot sun, or from slamming the door shut.

Probably has come loose where it isn't supposed to be lose.

My liner on front fender wells popped the little plastic rivets lose some time ago and it sounded like a bird trapped under there when you hit a cross wind just right. Some wire tires fixed it up right. In my case it happened on both sides at different times on the front cover of them just behind the bumper.

Sort of sounds like the gag we used to play wrapping a long cable tie around the driveshaft. The loose end would make some interesting noises as it slapped against the body.

Interesting, I'm gonna take a closer look today. I heard it again yesterday, after I posted. From the drivers seat it sounds like it is comming from near the rear/pass seatbelt area.
