Remove the two screws in the inside grab handle, remove the one torx behind the door release handle inside and then the panel can be pried away (door panel tool works nice). Most likely you will find the bolt in the center pivot for the handle loose. Tighten that up and the door will work.

Ahh, I wish mine would even open. After a couple months of head scrathing (obviously it's not that important) I finally investigated. My lower latch spring had broken rendering the door in a constant locked postion even when pulling the handle. I picked up a new latch and it is sitting in it's little box on the back seat waiting for me to replace.

Hopefully your problem is solved by JBODY's recommendation, but if that doesn't do it start looking at the latches, top & bottom, they function very much like the tailgate mechanism and are a piece of cake.

There are rods that run from the handle to both the upper and lower latches. On mine, one of the rods had slipped on the clip by the handle and I really had to yank the handle to get the door to open. I just removed the door panel and adjusted the rods at the clips by the handle and everything is great again. This may not be your problem, but it is another possibility.
