Daylight running light

I'm located in Canada and all new vehicle needs to have DLR for safety purposes. Would anyone of you know how I could wire my highlights so that as soon as I turn the key on to start the truck the headlight turn on? And have some schematic to locate the wiring to make this happen? I have a Ram 98.5.

It wouldn't be to terribly hard to put something together but if there's kits available already then there ya go. In saying that, I'm surprised Canada could force you to retrofit your vehicle with something which didn't come on the vehicle in the first place. Unless the Canuck Dodge trucks came with this and you have a US version.
