Unhappy Cure for Lousy Driver SEat?????

I have a 98.5 with power driver seat. The back tapers in too much, side bolsters, and gives me side and back aches. Has anybody swapped out the electric back for a manual back??

The manual back on my 94 was great. The seats in 97 F150 Lariat are great but do not want to swap them.

Any ideas??
Thanks
Bozoni

I have a manual back seat and the probelm I have with it is that at the very bottom of it, where it meets the lower seat cushion, it's gotten compacted so now my lower spine goes into a C when I sit in the truck for any length of time.

My 94 Ram had 182,000 miles on her and the driver seat was still good. Of course I only weigh 250#.
