crazy electrical problem

I have a 2000 ram 3500 24v cummins dually quad cab. I have had an ongoing problem with truck not locking doors and not shifting into high gear when a/c is on. If I get to 40 mph or so and turn a/c switch to a non a/c setting the truck shifts into high gear and doors lock. If i get to a speed where i can maintain above 40mph or so truck runs good if i have to slow down I have to shut a/c off till i can get shifted into high gear again to turn a/c back on.
I have been told I may have a ground problem under dash. Has anyone every come across this problem and would anyone have an idea where to get some sort of schematic of the grounds for my year truck. I know I posted earlier about this problem but looks like I didn't give enough info. Thanks for any help

Thanks!

Thanks BigIron70. I had a transfer pump put in towards the end of Feb. and didn't use a/c until it got warm so maybe they didn't tighten ground enough if they loosened it up when working on it.I will try and see if that's what is causing my problem and post results. Thanks Again!
