My truck is a 2001.5 2500 QC 4x4. I noticed first crack around 38,000 miles. I live in north Louisiana and have not abused the truck. Now at 70,000, its bad enough I'm about to fix it one way or the other. I tried calling customer service but that didn't work. Thanks to my neighbor, the local service manager. (His hunting privileges were revoked.) Hope this helps you out.

You can post the name of the company.
We are attempting to get DODGE to admit that there is an issue that they need to correct.....sometimes they step up to the plate and correct it, other times they refuse.

1999, sole owner, started cracking around 65,000 miles. Over 300,000 now, and I have a huge hole where my dash used to be.

Mine was cracked at 240,000 when I bought it. It was a small crack, so I put a cover on it. I looked the other day and it's now cracked completely in half.

2001 just started cracking at 130,000, been using a windshield visor the last couple years to avoid this.
