Control arm bushing replacement

I'll be doing this myself for the first time (2001 2wd independent suspension). Ball joints too. Any tips would be appreciated.

A cutting torch is very helpfull. The heat really helps to get things apart and you can burn out the bushings. The bushings usually wont beat out easily and end up destroyed anyway.

Oh yes ....those bushings could be fun....I had two out of four bolts seized in solid...I used a air cheisle with a heavy centre punch..You may have to grind the head of the bolt and air punch the bolt the opposite way...
