Clock Spring

I am 90% sure that I need to replace my Clock Spring. Up until a few weeks ago I had never heard of one.
I have owned my truck since new and this clunking sound has been coming out of the steering wheel for quite some time but it is getting worse and the air bag light now comes on when I first start the truck and stays on for about five minutes.
Please tell me which years and which vehicles use the same clock spring?
The aftermarket places do not list one for my 1994 truck. I found one, on a Dodge parts web-site for about $200. but that seems awful high.
Didn't they use the same part in Caravans or Neons or something like that?
Thanks in advance.

All I can tell you is many people have complained about not being able to find a replacement clockspring for the older 2nd gen trucks.
Connectors are different, otherwise the springs are the same for all the 2nd gens.
