My A/C started leaking last year so I added freon a few time and made it to winter. This year the compressor will not kick in when I add freon. Anyone know a good A/C repairman around Houston Texas? Thanks

 

You might try Pep Boys. They replaced my 97 Altima Compressor. Not sure anyone will do it for less.

 

IMO....I definately would not take it there. They installed an alternator for me years ago and when I left after the install, the vehicel almost caught fire. I prefer to do almost all work myself as I know it will be done correct and not just thrown together. Quality mechanics are hard to find. If you were in the SA area, I'd say come by and I'd be willing to help.
