This happens when I first start the truck in the mornings and only last a few seconds.

Is the heater core clogged or air trapped somewhere?

My 2001 1500 did that. It was due to a low level of antifreeze. The reason for a low level of antifreeze was a leaking water pump bypass hose. The truck has a 318 V8.

Total normal.. My mom's 96 does every morning... There is a restrictor in the heater that causes it to gurggle at start up. One of the guru can lead you to the TSB for it...

Mine did it once and the coolant level was low. Topped up the rad and the bottle and it went away.

Totally normal. May even notice it more when the block heater gets used. Kevin
