Broken Cup Holder "Fingers"

Has anyone tried to replace the sliding part of the cup holder on the Manual Trans truck? My 01 3500 has lost the top 2-3 "fingers", and it doesn't hold things very well anymore. Can I buy just the sliding part, or are they going to stick it to me for the whole console?
