Diagram
Does any one have a wiring diagram for a 2002 3500? After probing around with a dmm, who the heck can tell me what kind of convoluted wiring rig is this? I have my 'bright box' built and am ready to install. I just need a hot for high and low with reference to ground. Can anyone hook me up?

4x4,
I believe that it has been erroniously stated earlier in this thread that the later 2nd Gens switch the hot side of the headlight filaments. My wiring diagrams (01) clearly show the headlight switch controlling the (-) side of the circuit. So....probe your headlight plug from battery (+) with the switch on and with the hi beam switch on/off. My 96 with the pull style headlight switch controls the + side of the circuit which I confirmed when I installed aq remote starter/keyless entry system.
Also, someone posted of a 2001 Ram FSM available online in pdf format. Hopefully someone can recall the addy and post it here for you to download.

I just did the modification to my lights today. Sure better than spending $95.00 on a brite box. Was a piece of cake to do. The only thing I noticed that I wanted to share with everyone is, yes there are two green wires but it is the one that shuts off with the high beam stalk not the headlight switch. And is lime green in color the other green is kind of a dull darker green. But it works great and like the fellow said only costs .11 cents.

Man am I bummed. Measured the voltage at the headlight connector and it's 12.5 or so already. Seems that whomever installed the plow gave me 12v at the lights as well. Tried the 80/100 watt bulbs tonight and they are not worth the money. They may be higher wattage, but the blue tint doesn't help. Changing to my old ones tomorrow. The only thing that will probably help is the 11 cent solution. Or maybe I should have my eyes checked.
