I to have had the same problem on my truck. Sorry brakes. Seems I am not the only one after all. My brakes does exactly the same thing. At some point you get tired of parts changing. Master cylinder rebuilt, master cylinder new. Calipers, pads, ect . You have to wonder why the factory went to larger disc rotors, 4 wheel disc, dual front calipers, hyroboosters, ect. Probably because of more brakes torque, and clamping force.

I'm betting on an internal master cylinder leak. IF you have replaced the flex lines, don't have any leaks at the lines, no leaks in the caliper or cylinders, rear shoes are adjusted, about he only thing left is the MC. You could reinstall the bleed tubes with the MC installed and see if you can bleed it. Install another MC if you can;t bleed the air out OR pedal stays spongy. Again, make sure the rears are adjusted. Mine are solid & feel like any other brake system is expected to feel.

Of course, it steers like s **** - exactly like we expect.

Mine just started doing the same thing Friday. No problems at all before that, and has been a while since front pads were replaced. If anyone out there has a clue post it up. I am going to try to look at the hoses in front and see what's up. I have not seen a leak.
