brake fade
I would then suggest backtracking til when the problem arose.
Bad, wrong, calipers, pads, rotors. Swollen brake hoses? Bled correctly? Correct fluid? New boots with spongy moon walker type soles worn when testing brakes?
Just kidding. I know its frustrating....

How did you handle the vacuum asist now that you switched to a cummins? Doesn't the vacuum assist to the brakes work different between gassers and diesels?
While you say you bleed them, the symptom you have is common to having air in the lines. You can verify the master cylinder is not the problem by removing the brake lines and pluging the openings. If you don't get a rock solid pedal with NO PUMPING the master cylinder is bad, rebuilt or not. When you have to pump the pedal to get the brakes to work you either have a fluid leak or air in the lines.
ok so i abandoned the project for a little while now im back.when driving the truck first pump the pedal falls to the floor and second pump the pedal gets harder and feels as though there is no vacuum assit .i put a vacuum gauge with a 1/8 line attached where it goes into the booster and the gauge is pegging at 30 bar psi .to much vacuum?
