Bouncing Tach on a 98'
I've got a tach that won't stop bouncing after 1400rpm or so. It'll got to 4k back to 1k. sometimes it does it sometimes not but it's getting worse any thoughts?

I'd say check out your engine speed sensor on the damper. Might be out of adjustment (something like .050" gap I think). Check the connections from it. Or could just possibly be bad.
