Blue Flasher?

I don't have any hazard lights, but I've got everything else. So I went to O'Riley and they couldn't find one. They called their warehouse and they gave them two part numbers. So I grabbed them both and can't find anything that is round and has two prongs, like what they gave me. The only thing I can find is a blue square relaylookingthing in the dash fuse box. Is this it? If so is it a dealer only item? Or are the flashers somewhere else? For a 2001. Thanks for any help!

Ur flasher migght be outright missing?? Any empty cavites that match the lay out of the flasher, also I thought it listed the location of them on the fuse panel cover, maybe the owner manual?? dont have truck or manual with me so cant check.

Got it fixed! Yep it was the blue box. I got the flasher from Autozone, because only them and the dealer can get it! Thanks
