I keep finding this black electrical box laying on my floorboard after everytime i drive the truck. What is this black box and where should it be stuck?

 

Pull the panel off under the steering wheel and look to the right you will see a metal support it mounts to it with a screw thru the bottom of it. The box does your chimes and door locks and in cab lights along with other things.
