All from AutoZone. Yes they do honor it. I just replaced my shocks. Bought new ones, took the old ones off and got my money back. They do look at when you bought them originally so you don't replace them every 12,000 miles, but if you tell them it's been 40K miles then they're okay with that. Brake pads are the same, as long as they look worn out, no problems, buy the new ones and return the old ones for a refund. Works good, lasts long time....
