Auto transmission vs 5 speed?
A good VB and TC along with a lock-up switch.....
I love my Goerend built auto!!
I test drove a 5 spd, after owning the auto.
I bought another auto.
There are times I'd like to have a stick, but 98% of the time it's auto.
KO

lol you dont have to think about shifting in traffic it starts to be a "known" thing to do if you wanna go anywhere and if you need to think about shifting then you shouldnt get a 5 speed..
p/s auto trannys go out faster than 5 speeds my dad has the auto in his 98 dodge 2500 and it went out around 200,000 with everything stock and babied. my 2000 dodge 3500 5 speed nv4500 just went out at 217000 both 24 valved and babied.
i would get 5 speed over any tranny, it is said that the nv4500 is one of the stongest tranny built from factory. its great for towing and p.s. its a gm/chevy tranny..
