Aluminum wheel with hand ground ID

Bought a set of four '00-'02 stock aluminum wheels a few days ago for $150. While inspecting them before buying (no visible cracks), noticed the center of one had been roughly enlarged by hand (about 1/16" larger ID than the others). Otherwise they were all in good shape and the price was good so I bought them. Would you use the ground out wheel?
