Alignment trouble?

Just got back from balancing and rotation of tires and had alignment checked. Tire shop says right camber is off. Specs say -0.3 to 0.8 degrees normal. It is at -0.8. Left side fine. Caster and toe ok too. They recommend an "eccentric ball joint". Figure it at about $170 (not sure if just parts or parts and labor). Says tie rods, ball joints, bearings all ok. It's a 4x4 with a snow/camper package and I plowed alot of snow but don't routinely drive with the plow on for more than a few miles. Should I replace it or just keep rotating tires more frequently. I also had them move the rears to the fronts and cross front to opposite side rear. Running Bridgestone dueler AT Revo's. Thanks for any help.

Seems to drive ok (given it's inherant front end troubles). No excessive wear showing on tires. This was my first rotation on them at about 6 months. It isn't too far out and if I keep them properly inflated and rotated, that may be a better alternative. Thanks for thoughts.
